Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any VoolMotion product. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of VoolMotion's products — including plugins, templates, bundles, and licenses — all sales are considered final upon purchase. Once access to a product has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds as a matter of standard policy.


We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information thoroughly before completing a purchase. If you have questions prior to buying, our support team is available to assist.

2. Exceptional Refund Eligibility

In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product was not delivered — meaning access was not granted or the download was not made available through no fault of the customer.
  • The product is materially defective — meaning it fails to perform its core advertised functionality and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds that qualify under these conditions are processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider on the grounds that a transaction was unauthorized, the following actions will be taken immediately:

  • The disputed purchase will be refunded in full.
  • The associated VoolMotion account will be immediately suspended pending an investigation into the claim.

This policy exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of our platform. If the investigation concludes that the transaction was authorized, the suspension may be reviewed.

4. Use Your Own Payment Method

We strongly recommend that all customers use a payment method registered in their own name when purchasing VoolMotion products. Purchases made using another person's credit card or payment account — without their explicit authorization — may be flagged as fraudulent and can result in an automatic account suspension if a dispute is raised.


VoolMotion is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of unauthorized or third-party payment methods.
